The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, from the fresh and free hot breakfast every morning to the free 5:30 Kickback(R) in the evening. the quiet two-room suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The hotel's amenities exceeded our expectations, with a rotating menu of delicious hot food and beverages served daily, and free WiFi throughout the property. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a suite when our booked room was unavailable. the common areas were well maintained, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of dishes to start our day off right. The convenient location near Cincinnati Municipal Airport made it easy for us to access the hotel, and the flexible meeting space and free Wi-Fi were a bonus for those who need to stay connected while traveling. the pool even had a lift for guests with disabilities, showing their commitment to inclusivity.
